1. Introduction

Welcome to GEG (“Get Every Goods”). By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless COD is selected. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. COD orders that are not accepted may be subject to a restocking fee.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Certain categories (e.g., perishables, personal care) may be non-returnable.

6. Pricing & GST

All prices include GST at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Promotional discounts are subject to terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

GEG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Crowdfunding

If you use GEG crowdfunding (as a campaign owner or backer), additional terms apply: Crowdfunding Terms & Conditions and the Campaign Owner Agreement. On crowdfunding matters those documents control over these general store terms where they conflict.
