Section A — Introduction
1. Welcome
1.1 Welcome to Get Every Goods. The website www.geteverygoods.com and the marketplace and crowdfunding services provided through it (collectively called "GEG" or the "Platform") are operated by Get Every Goods ("GEG").
1.2 We may make GEG available through a number of channels, including website and mobile applications (collectively the "Platform"). The primary crowdfunding experience is currently available at www.geteverygoods.com/crowdfunding and related pages.
1.3 Key definitions (for ease of reading):
• "Campaign Owner" — any individual, company, partnership, organisation, trust, NGO or other entity seeking to raise funds on the Platform for a project.
• "Project" — the idea, cause, effort or event for which funds are sought.
• "Campaign" — the fundraising campaign conducted on the Platform for a Project.
• "Campaign Page" — the page(s) where Funders may contribute and where promotional materials appear.
• "Funding Goal" — the financial target of a Campaign.
• "Funding Period" — the period during which contributions may be made.
• "Funder" / "Backer" — a person or entity that contributes funds to a Campaign.
• "Funding" — financial contributions (via UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or other methods enabled by GEG and its payment partners such as Razorpay).
• "Total Funds Raised" — total Funding net of cancelled or refunded amounts at the end of the Funding Period (or earlier cut-off).
• "Supporter" — a person who likes, shares or promotes a Campaign without necessarily contributing funds.
• "GEG Member" / "Member" — registered Campaign Owners, Funders, Supporters and other account holders.
• "User" / "you" — Members and visitors using the Platform.
• "Shopping Voucher Reward" — where offered by GEG, a store voucher related to a contribution (subject to lock period and voucher terms); this is not equity, interest or a financial investment return.
• "Campaign Owner Agreement" — the separate agreement that Campaign Owners must accept when applying to run a Campaign.
1.4 Types of Campaigns (as approved by GEG for each Campaign):
(i) All or Nothing (AON): Funds are transferred to the Campaign Owner only if the Funding Goal is achieved by the end of the Funding Period. If not achieved, contributions are refunded to Funders (subject to payment-gateway rules and any disclosed charges).
(ii) Keep What You Get / Raise (KWYG / Flexible): Total Funds Raised may be transferred to the Campaign Owner even if the Funding Goal is not fully met, net of GEG fees and gateway charges, subject to approval and applicable law.
A Campaign is treated as funded: (i) for AON, if the Funding Goal is met by the end date; (ii) for KWYG, if any monies are raised and settlement is approved under these Terms and the Campaign Owner Agreement.
1.5 GEG provides a technology platform for Members to raise funds for Campaigns and to contribute to Campaigns. Campaign Owners may offer non-financial gifts or rewards ("Rewards") and may build community around a Campaign. GEG may also offer Shopping Voucher Rewards to Funders under separate voucher terms.
1.6 These Terms bind all Users of crowdfunding features. Some sections apply only to Campaign Owners or only to Funders. Related documents form part of your contract with GEG where applicable: Privacy Policy, Campaign Owner Agreement, and any Campaigns & Rewards guidelines we publish (collectively the "Terms package").
1.7 By using crowdfunding on the Platform you accept these Terms. If you act for a business, charity or other organisation, "you" includes that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use crowdfunding features.
2. Accessing and using the Platform
2.1 Anyone may browse public Campaign Pages. To apply as a Campaign Owner, contribute as a Funder, or use member features, you must register an account and accept these Terms (and, for Campaign Owners, the Campaign Owner Agreement).
2.2 GEG may reject, cancel, interrupt, remove or suspend any Member, Campaign or contribution at any time, with or without reason, including for fraud risk, legal compliance or policy breach. You may not use crowdfunding features if we have suspended or terminated your access without written authorisation to resume.
3. Privacy and cookies
3.1 We take privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we process personal data.
3.2 We use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms you consent to such use, subject to your browser controls and applicable law. You may delete cookies at any time.
4. Account registration
4.1 Information you provide on registration must be true, accurate, current and complete. You must update your account if details change.
4.2 Your account is for your authorised use only. Keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use (e.g. support@geteverygoods.com). Notice does not relieve you of liability for prior misuse.
4.3 We may suspend or terminate your account or access for breach of these Terms or related policies.
4.4 You may request account deletion if you have no active Campaigns and no outstanding obligations relating to unexpired Campaigns you have backed or own. Email support@geteverygoods.com.
4.5 We may delete accounts at our sole discretion where permitted by law.
Section B — Creating Campaigns, Rewards and Funding
5. Platform role
GEG provides an online crowdfunding venue and technology platform so Campaign Owners can connect with Funders. Contracts for Funding and Rewards are between Campaign Owners and Funders. GEG is not a party to that contract (except as regards its own fees, voucher products and platform services). GEG does not guarantee any Campaign's success.
6. No endorsement of Campaigns
Except as expressly stated, GEG is not involved in the private arrangements Members make with each other. We are not responsible for the nature, quality or performance of a Campaign or Rewards, and we do not promise that any Member will perform as stated. Risk of Campaign success or failure rests with the Campaign Owner.
7. Member identity
We may collect email, contact and other details from Members, but we do not guarantee that Members are who they claim to be or that all information they provide is accurate. GEG makes no recommendation regarding any Member or Campaign.
8. Campaign Owners
8.1 Creating and updating Campaigns
8.1.1 Members may apply to become Campaign Owners. Applications and Campaigns are also governed by the Campaign Owner Agreement.
8.1.2 Prohibited Campaigns include those involving loans, investments, equity, shares, illegal activities, criminal investigations, pure personal living expenses, speculative real estate purchases, or pre-selling stakes/holidays in properties not yet owned or built by the Campaign Owner.
8.1.3 During a live Campaign on GEG, the Campaign Owner shall not run the same Campaign on another crowdfunding platform in India without GEG's written consent. Funding from GEG Members for that Campaign should be channelled through the Platform.
8.1.4 Multiple Campaigns may be allowed at GEG's discretion.
8.1.5 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Funding Periods are typically between 14 and 90 days (minimum periods may vary as published or approved).
8.1.6 Campaign Owners must keep Funders updated on progress and delays, and honour update commitments made in the application or Campaign Page.
8.1.7 After go-live, Funding Goal and Funding Period generally cannot change without GEG's agreement. Rewards may be changeable only as allowed before Funding is received, subject to GEG rules.
8.1.8 We may verify identity and information, and may reject, cancel, interrupt, remove or suspend Campaigns or Funding for any reason, including suspected money laundering or high fraud risk. We may request further information before settlement. We are not liable for losses arising from such actions.
8.2 Offering Rewards
Rewards may be tangible goods or intangible services (e.g. thank-you messages). Rewards must not be financial returns (profit share, interest, equity, loans, etc.), counterfeit or infringing goods, tobacco, drugs, illegal weapons, unlawful raffles/contests, or products that fail applicable Indian safety standards. Shopping Voucher Rewards from GEG are governed by voucher terms.
8.3 Funding
8.3.1 Funders may fail to complete payment; payment completion is outside GEG's full control. We do not guarantee receipt of funds by Campaign Owners.
8.3.2 Campaign Owners may request cancellation of Funding before the Funding Period ends (subject to GEG and gateway rules) and may not need to fulfil related Rewards if cancellation is approved.
8.3.3 For AON Campaigns that miss the Funding Goal, Funding is cancelled/refunded and the Campaign Owner is not entitled to those funds (gateway costs may still apply as disclosed).
8.4 Campaign Owner obligations
As a Campaign Owner you shall:
(a) Use funds solely for the stated Campaign purpose;
(b) Meet commitments including delivery of promised Rewards;
(c) Respond promptly and accurately to GEG and Funder queries;
(d) Use Funder personal data only for Campaign fulfilment, receipts and lawful communications — not for unrelated marketing or sale of data;
(e) Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms;
(f) Accept the Campaign Owner Agreement before applying.
9. Funders
If you contribute to a Campaign, your Funding does not give you ownership, control or IP rights in the Project, unless expressly stated in a separate lawful instrument (which GEG does not broker as securities). Also read the Campaign Owner Agreement for Campaign-side terms.
9.1 Making a contribution
After registering, visit a Campaign Page, choose an amount, and pay via the enabled payment methods. Your name may appear publicly in connection with the Campaign unless you select an anonymous option where offered; in that case limited details may still be shared with the Campaign Owner for receipts/rewards.
9.2 Rewards
You may contribute without selecting a Campaign Owner reward where the product allows. After payment, reward selection may not be changeable without cancelling the contribution (subject to refund rules).
9.3 Payment methods
Payments are processed by third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay). Their terms and privacy policies apply to payment data. Funding may be held or settled according to GEG and gateway workflows until the Funding Period ends or a goal cut-off is reached.
9.4 Refunds
Funder refund requests, if available, follow rules published on the Platform and gateway policies (for example, limited windows after payment; restrictions near Campaign end). Fees already incurred may not be refundable. GEG Shopping Vouchers follow voucher-specific terms.
9.5 No investment
Contributions are support for a Campaign, not deposits, securities or guaranteed returns.
Section C — Content and conduct
10. User-generated content (UGC)
Content you post (Campaign text, images, videos, comments, messages, updates) is user-generated content ("UGC").
11. Community standards
You must use community features respectfully so others can enjoy the Platform safely.
12. Your promises about UGC
You agree that:
(a) You have all rights needed to post UGC; you own or have licensed the IP; posting does not infringe third-party rights or break privacy/data laws. If unsure, do not post.
(b) Information you provide is accurate, true, up to date and not misleading.
(c) Content is lawful and not defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, discriminatory, hateful or otherwise objectionable.
(d) You will not post spam, malware, or content that invades privacy.
(e) You will not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with GEG.
13. You may not
Without limitation, you may not: reverse engineer or disrupt the Platform; scrape data without permission; harvest personal data; interfere with security; use bots for abusive mass activity; circumvent suspensions; or use the Platform for money laundering or other crime.
14. Licence to GEG for UGC
By posting UGC you grant GEG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), display, distribute and promote that UGC in connection with operating and marketing the Platform. You remain responsible for UGC. We may remove UGC at our discretion.
15. Monitoring
We may, but are not obliged to, monitor UGC and communications for policy enforcement and safety.
16. Reporting
Report unlawful or abusive content to support@geteverygoods.com or the crowdfunding admin contact published on the Platform.
17. Misuse of the site
We may investigate misuse and take action including content removal, account suspension, withholding of funds, refunds to Funders, and cooperation with authorities.
18. Disputes between Members
Disputes between Campaign Owners and Funders (or other Members) are primarily between those parties. GEG may help facilitate communication at its discretion but is not required to mediate or resolve private disputes, and is not liable for them.
Section D — Platform content, liability and general
19. Our content
The Platform, GEG branding, software and original materials are owned by GEG or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the Platform for lawful crowdfunding and shopping purposes only. You may not copy, scrape or exploit Platform content except as allowed by law or written permission.
20. Feedback
If you send ideas or feedback to GEG, you grant us a free right to use them without obligation to you.
21. Third-party software and services
Payment gateways, analytics, hosting and other partners are third parties. Their terms apply to their services. GEG is not responsible for third-party outages or errors beyond what mandatory law requires.
22. Links
The Platform may link to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or policies.
23. Promises, liability and disclaimer
23.1 The Platform and crowdfunding services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In particular:
(a) We do not promise truth, accuracy, integrity, quality or completeness of content on the Platform.
(b) We are not responsible for verifying ownership of all uploaded content.
(c) We do not guarantee reliability of payment processing services.
(d) You use the Platform at your own risk. Content is for information; we exclude liability for decisions made based on Platform content to the fullest extent permitted by law.
23.2 Internet and technical risks apply. We do not promise uninterrupted, timely or error-free access; we are not responsible for data loss from your systems or third-party links beyond mandatory legal duties.
23.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data or business, arising from crowdfunding use. Our aggregate liability relating to crowdfunding for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to GEG for the specific crowdfunding service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim (or, if none, INR 1,000), except where liability cannot be limited (e.g. fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is void).
23.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer law where applicable.
24. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GEG and its officers, directors, employees and agents from claims, losses, damages, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your Campaign or Funding activity, your UGC, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
25. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, email support@geteverygoods.com with details of the work, the infringing material URL, your contact information and a good-faith statement. We may remove content and notify the poster as appropriate.
26. Complaints and information requests
General crowdfunding complaints: support@geteverygoods.com or poojaadmin@geteverygoods.com (applications/admin). We will try to respond within a reasonable time.
27. Written communications
We may communicate electronically (email, in-product notices, website notices). You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal writing requirement.
28. General
28.1 Severability: If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
28.2 Entire agreement: These Terms (with Privacy Policy, Campaign Owner Agreement and published fee/settings disclosures for Campaign Owners) govern crowdfunding use and form the agreement on that subject, without limiting general marketplace Terms for store shopping.
28.3 Force majeure: We are not in breach for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism, utility failures, epidemic, or government action) or by your acts or omissions.
28.4 Assignment: You may not assign rights under these Terms without our consent. GEG may assign its rights (including in a business transfer).
28.5 Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
28.6 Third-party rights: Except as stated for GEG licensors where applicable, these Terms do not create enforceable rights for non-parties.
28.7 Language: English prevails if translations conflict.
28.8 Territory: The Platform is controlled from India under Indian law. Access from other countries is at your own responsibility regarding local laws.
28.9 Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
28.10 Jurisdiction and arbitration: Parties shall try to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of a written Dispute Notice. Failing that, disputes shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by GEG under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), in English, seated in India. The award is final and binding. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India may grant interim relief. Subject to arbitration, courts in India have jurisdiction.
28.11 Relationship with store Terms: Shopping, delivery and general marketplace use remain subject to GEG's general Terms & Conditions at /terms. If crowdfunding-specific Terms conflict with general store Terms on crowdfunding matters, these Crowdfunding Terms control for crowdfunding. The Campaign Owner Agreement controls over these Terms on Campaign Owner-specific operational clauses where they conflict.
29. Fees
Crowdfunding platform fees, setup fees, payment processing percentages and related charges for Campaign Owners are as configured by GEG administrators and disclosed at Campaign approval or in the Super Admin / admin fee settings. Funders may incur standard payment-method costs charged by their bank or gateway. Taxes are as applicable under Indian law.
