How it works

Initiate return
Go to My Orders → find your order → click "Return / Exchange". Select the item and reason.

Schedule pickup
Our courier partner will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a pickup from your address.

Item collected
Hand over the item in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice.

Refund processed
Refund is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Eligible for return
- Item received damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Item significantly different from description
- Item arrived with missing parts
- Unused item in original packaging (within 7 days)
Not eligible for return
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Perishable goods (food, flowers)
- Digital products and gift cards
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Undergarments and swimwear (hygiene)
